Some appointments may require NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes toward service. 15 minute grace period given on appointments LONGER than 30 minutes. Appointment is subject to cancelation after that OR only serviced for remaining allotted appointment time at owners discretion. Must Reschedule/Cancel online at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Anything less than that you will need to CALL/TEXT us. 863-604-4894. Deposits are forfeited if appointment is not Canceled/Rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment time. Deposits can be transferred ONCE when rescheduling prior to 24hours. Cancellations/Reschedules LESS than 24 hours before appointment time will be charged 50% of service. Same day Cancellations/Reschedules will incur additional $25 fee. No Call/No Show will be charged 100% of service. No Call/No Show will prevent future bookings OR require full payment on missed appointment to book again. Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
